The BGI begins with coffee and registration at 8 a.m. each day. The daily schedule is from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday with lunch included. On Thursday, the schedule is 8:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Lunch is not included on Thursday.

11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m., at the Orland Park campus (183rd west of LaGrange Rd).

Marc Brackett, Ph.D.
Dr. Brackett is a Research Scientist in the Department of Psychology at Yale University. He also is the Deputy Director of Yale’s Health, Emotion, and Behavior Laboratory and Head of the Emotional Intelligence Unit in the Edward Zigler Center in Child Development and Social Policy. His current research focuses on measuring emotional intelligence and its links to important life outcomes, including relationship quality, mental health, and academic/work performance. Much of his research is being extended to different cultures, including England, Spain, China, and Japan.He works regularly with school systems and corporations to assess and train students and educators, and delivers keynote addresses and workshops in the US and abroad.

Sister Marie Michelle Donnelly, R.S.M.
Co-Director of Mercy Spiritual Ministries and a noted speaker at national educational conferences, Sister Marie Michele encourages teachers to integrate the different phases of life into one whole.
