Senior Mike Lally will be featured on Comcast SportsNet Friday night

CHICAGO - Saint Xavier University senior middle linebacker and team captain Mike Lally (Oak Lawn, Ill./St. Rita) will be featured on Comcast SportsNet Chicago’s “Sportsnite” scheduled to begin at 10 p.m. tonight, Nov. 6. The segment will focus on Lally’s ferocity on the field, and his compassion while working at Little Company of Mary Hospital as a SXU nursing student.

Lally broke the single-season SXU record for tackles-for-losses in 2008 and is on pace to break it again this year. The No. 6 ranked Cougars play their final game against perennial rival University of Saint Francis (Ind.) for the Mid-States Football Association (MSFA) Mideast League championship at 11 a.m. on Sat., Nov. 7 in Fort Wayne, Ind.
