Women of Distinction Choral Ensemble
The Women of Distinction Choral Ensemble, directed by Jan Bickel, is comprised of music majors/minors, University students and alumnae who have demonstrated excellent ability as choral singers. Members audition for placement in the ensemble. When active, this small ensemble performs on and off-campus and is a branch of the University Chamber Singers ensemble, which gave the premiere performance of Above Me Round Me Lie by Stephen Paulus on Founders Day, December 2004 in the McDonough Chapel. This ensemble has toured and performed frequently on and off campus.
