A Partnership in Education
Saint Xavier University offers a master of business administration program, an undergraduate degree completion program and certificate option at the Chicago Police Department Education and Training Division.
Saint Xavier University offers an entire MBA program at the Chicago Police Department Education and Training Division specifically for employees of the Chicago Police Department. An MBA is a highly marketable degree for both public and private industry. Classes are offered in 8-week terms in the late afternoons, 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. We also offer a 1-month summer session. The MBA program can be completed in less than two years, if two classes are taken per term, or completed in less than three years, if one class is taken per term. Generally, class offerings are on Wednesdays. Online options are also available.
For our students taking classes through the Chicago Police Department program, we offer some special benefits:
- Deferred payment
- Free Book Loan Program (with registration two weeks prior to the start of class)
- Waived registration and student fees
The foundation modules are required for all Graham School of Management graduate students who do not have prior undergraduate business courses. Each module is designed to provide students with information they need to succeed in the graduate courses and is offered within a condensed time period. Upon discretion of the dean of the Graham School of Management, students may be exempt from one or more modules based on prior learning.
