Master of Applied Computer Science (MACS)
Application Requirements

  1. A completed application form.
  2. Official transcript(s) sent directly from the Registrar of the accredited baccalaureate degree-granting college/university and all graduate level coursework.
  3. A non-refundable $35 application fee, unless applying online.
  4. A one-page statement of your personal career goals. Include how you developed an interest in computer technology and the Internet, and a detailed description of your computer background and proficiency.
  5. Two completed recommendation forms. Recommendation forms must be completed by individuals (supervisors, professors, coworkers, etc.) who can attest to your academic competence, professional skills and character.
  6. Students who have not worked in the Information Systems field and/or do not have a computer based undergraduate degree may need additional coursework.

Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology
Application Requirements

All application materials must be received by February 1st.

  1. A completed application form.
  2. Official transcript(s) sent directly from the Registrar of the accredited baccalaureate degree-granting college/university and all graduate level coursework.
  3. A non-refundable $35 application fee, unless applying online.
  4. Three completed recommendation forms. Recommendation forms must be completed by individuals (supervisors, professors, etc.) who can comment on your academic competence, clinical skill and/or character.
  5. Completion of undergraduate Speech-Language Pathology coursework. Questions regarding these requirements can be answered by the program faculty. Contact Professor William Sennett at sennett@sxu.edu.
  6. Results of the General Section of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). Scores within a 5-year time period are acceptable.
