Transfer Application Process and Checklist

If you will be a TRANSFER student, please follow these steps:

	APPLY for admission today. There is no application fee when you complete the application online. Or, download a printable application in Adobe Acrobat format. Print a copy (PDF)
	REQUEST official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. Transcripts should be mailed directly to the Office of Admission at 3700 West 103rd Street, Chicago, IL 60655
	FILE for financial aid after January 1, 2008. The priority deadline is March 1, 2008. Saint Xavier University’s FAFSA code is 001768.
	VISIT our beautiful campus and meet with an Admission Counselor to discuss your individual transfer plan. Appointments can be arranged at your convenience. Tours are available Monday through Friday at 10:00 am, 2:00 pm, and on Saturday at 10:00 am.
