E-Bill Authorized User Access

The Office of the Bursar adopted E-Billing and E-Payment services which is more efficient and environmentally friendly. Now is the time for you to set up authorized bill payers to view statements and make payments on your account.

Bill Delivery

Tuition bills will be generated electronically and e-mailed to the student's SXU email address. Students can authorize another user (i.e. a parent, spouse, guardian, etc) to view and pay the bill. Once a student sets up an authorized user, e-Bills will be sent to both the student and the authorized user email addresses. If you currently have a CLAWS guardian account for a parent/guardian, you will need to set up account access for them to use E-Bill and E-Payment.

Setting Up an Authorized User Account

Here are the steps to set up an authorized user account:

Student:

  1. Log onto mySXU and go to CLAWS (Self-Service)
  2. Click on E-Bill/E-Pay
  3. Read the disclaimer and agree to the terms by selecting the link
  4. Click on Add New under Authorized users
  5. Assign the user a username and password as directed
  6. Inform your authorized user of their username and password.

Once you establish the account, the authorized user will be required to change their password when they log in for the first time. From this point the authorized user may view the student's balance, view the invoice, and make an E-Payment. If you prefer to mail in a check, simply print the invoice and return the top portion with your check to:
