The Office of Alumni and Parent Relations and the Alumni Association will once again host our annual outing to US Cellular Field for an evening of great baseball followed by a spectacular fireworks show. This event is scheduled for Friday, August 22, 2008. Buses will leave SXU at 5:15 p.m. for the 7:11 p.m. game. Call now – limited tickets are available!
Ticket prices are:
$45 per person -- admission and transportation
$36 per person -- admission only
A portion of the ticket price will be donated to support student scholarships.

The first in a series of exhibitions to explore the ways in which religious communities have shaped the city, Catholic Chicago explores the influence of Catholicism on the city’s ever-changing urban landscape. Saint Xavier University is featured in this original exhibition which also includes artifacts, paintings, historic documents, and film footage.

Alumni, students, parents and friends will gather at the university and board buses to lend a helping hand at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, 4100 West 42nd Place, Chicago, IL. With the support of volunteers repacking bulk products to individual/family size, assembling boxes with assorted food, checking expiration dates, labeling products, etc., the Greater Chicago Food Depository provides food for nearly 500,000 hungry people each year. Consider giving your time to this worthy cause.
