    • Reviewed plans for Alcohol Awareness Month and discussed efforts to recruit student participants through the athletic, nursing and psychology departments
  • AOD Web site
    • Reviewed list of items to be included on AODP Web site and discussed pages to link it to; identified Brian Kelley as primary contact to follow up with Rob Quicke
  • Biennial Review
    • Document has been completed and distribution has begun
  • Working Committee
    • Information inviting interested faculty and staff to join a working committee will be posted on the 1/26/2005 edition of Saint Xavier Today
  • Other Topics
    • Continuing to work with students from last semester and focusing on including additional students from various departments and organizations.  Creation of a formal peer educator group is being tabled at this time

Next steps

  • Derek following up with Athletics department to recruit athletes to work at the awareness table in April
  • Brian Kelley following up with Rob Quicke regarding the Web site development and Sandra Burkhardt regarding undergraduate psychology students’ participation in Alcohol Screening Day
