  1. Welcome – Rae Joyce Baguilat! Rae Joyce joins us from Residential Life where she serves as the Assistant Director of Residence Education.
     
  2. Alcohol Awareness Month
    1. Scott Walters. Friday, April 20 (8:30 – 10am). Butler Reception Room. “Unique Characteristics of College Drinking” Breakfast is served the first half hour. Dr. Walters will be addressing staff and faculty the following hour. RSVP by calling CCS at x3131. Brian is going to look into having it videotaped. Personalized invites will be sent out soon. Michelle will update the Web page with AAM events, including Scott’s information.
    2. Students. Psychology and Nursing students are planning and implementation with the seven bulletin boards, Thursday Night Alternatives and Soberfest.
       
  3. Core Updates. Terry will look at CORE data and help interpret and see what can be done with data.
     
  4. Web site Updates. Michelle has made a few changes to the Web page, updating Alcohol Awareness Month. Please let her know if you see more changes to be made.
     
  5. Other topics: No cookies or coffee at today’s meeting. The world almost stopped turning.
     
  6. Next Meeting: Monday, April 30, 11am. Location TBA.
