  2. Revisions to AODP Brochures: Please review the text and layout of the brochure.  Working with Jennifer Younker to update brochure, asking for a completion date of June 1, 2008.  If you have an interest in leading this project, please let Michelle know. 
  3. Cups design (see attached):  Also working with Jennifer.  Hope to have by FOCUS.
  4. Other:  Rae Joyce brought up the idea of an AODP presence at the Spring Formal.  She said she’d keep an eye out this year to see if our presence would be beneficial next year (info table, etc).

    Alcohol Screening Day:  Food, games, prizes and information about alcohol.  Free confidential screenings and opportunity to meet with a counselor for those concerned about their use of alcohol.

    Spring Safety Fest ’08 – Porn, Drugs and Driving! Oh My!  DUI Simulator, brought to us by PEERS.  Students have the opportunity to “drive sober” and then “drive drunk” and violations are noted.  Tent reserved, collaborating with Pillars to also incorporate Sexual Assault Awareness – including band (Maggie Speaks, 2-5) and food (popcorn, hotdogs, etc).

    Tuesday, April 22
    12pm – 2pm
    Dining Hall Atrium
    Mocktails set up in Atrium. Chartwells will provide ingredients (cherries, lemons, limes, juices, ice, grenadine). Students will develop menu and are responsible for decorating table. Also bringing Fatal Vision Goggles and setting up masking tape line to attempt to walk a straight line.
