  • Committee Web site- No updates to report.
  • AOD Web site- John Pelrine to search Admissions page for an appropriate section to place the AOD link. 
  • Resources for Athletes- Derek agreed to speak with Bob Hallberg regarding the creation of an entire section of resources for athletes.  Additional resources that we would like to include in this section include: Student Success Program, Admissions, Advising and a link to the Student Handbook. 
  • April Events Update
    1. 1st Thursday Night Alternative (20-25 participants)
    2. 2nd Thursday Night Alternative (15-20 participants)
    3. Alcohol Screening Day (77 participants)
    4. Guest Speaker- Tony Bucki (41 participants)
    5. Soberfest Party (150-175 participants)
    6. Total (300-350 participants to date in Alcohol Awareness Month activities)
  • CORE Survey Updates- No updates to report
  • FOCUS/Transfer Student Orientation- It was decided that the AODP program would continue to have a table at the Road to Success at FOCUS.
  • Other Topics- It was suggested that we consider working with the community during next year’s programming efforts.  The idea was raised about possible collaborating with Brother Rice and Mother McAuley, especially for events such as the Tony Bucki presentation.  Topic will be discussed in more depth at subsequent meetings.
