- Welcome Suzanna Ramirez and Mike Brzuszkiewicz!
- Nursing students collaborating with AODP for their senior project.
- Suzanna and Mike are meeting with Michelle weekly to discuss programming on campus. They will also be joining AODP steering committee meetings throughout the semester if schedules allow.
- There are several ideas in the developing stages, including Fatal Vision Goggle Obstacle Course, Safe Ride Program, sidewalk chalking, paint balloon competition, bean bag tournament, etc.
- Suzanna and Mike are intending to have a program one Friday a month (Sept, Oct, Nov), and to participate in events during Alcohol Awareness Week.
- Alcohol Awareness Week: October 21
- Week’s activities to follow. Suzanna and Mike will be working on some ideas, hoping to collaborate with Res Life.
- BACCHUS Info Meeting
- Info meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 20 in Shannon Center Alumni Room.
- Pizza provided for students who are interested in learning more about initiating BACCHUS on campus.
- Flyers were distributed during the Expo, also suggested to include an ad with the Xaverite and SXToday.
- CORE Data/ ACHA Survey
- ACHA survey is currently being administered.
- Jill reported that she and Terry have about half of the data requested from the CORE.
- There has been a problem with SPSS, causing a delay. Jill expected to be finished with the reports at the next AODP meeting.
- All-Campus Fair & Student Organization Expo Feedback
Great experience. Talked with several students who took brochures and expressed interest in attending the BACCHUS info meeting.
