- CORE Survey
- Date for Administrating the Short Form – beginning the week of 1/30/06
- Barbara will contact Kathleen Carlson to have the survey put on the University’s assessment calendar
- Julie will coordinate the IRB request
- Sarah will get the ordering information from CORE
- Incentives
- Michelle volunteered to draft an incentive plan within the budget amount allocated to it
- Chartwells
- Barbara will speak with Jason Fitch of Chartwells to get a co-sponsorship commitment
- Note – some Residential Hall Floor meetings may take place before the week of January 30, 2006
- Social Norms Audio Conference
- Committee agreed to hold the conference meeting on 10/4 at 1:00 p.m.
- Sarah will arrange the room reservation
- Brian will resend the invitation email to the previous list of invitees
- Athletics link…resources for athletes
- Barbara will contact Derek to get an update on this topic
- Memberships
- Brian will speak with Student Activities to get in contact with the Student Health/Wellness Coordinator
- Julie will speak with Dr. Burkhardt to recruit psychology students
- Brochures
- Are in and are being distributed to Counseling and Career Services, Health Center and the Psychology department
- Were given out at the All-Campus Picnic
- National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week, October 17-21
- Committee approved Brian’s schedule of events and coordinated duties
- Julie and Monica will contact their respective departments to recruit student participants
- Sarah and Teryn will work with student participants on the lunchtime movies and information and reflection tables
- Barb will contact Rob Quicke to notify The Xavierite of the events for possible news coverage
- Web site structure
- Brian and Teryn continue to work on setting up the web site as approved by the committee in the last meeting
- Other topics
- The next meeting was set for October 11:00 at 1:00 p.m.
- Committee agreed to discuss plans to involve students from a variety of majors in April’s Alcohol Awareness Month, i.e. graphic design, art, elementary education, communications and criminal justice.
