Biennial Report: Completed and approved; available in the library. Will be available on-line as soon as Web page is updated. Once it is live, Michelle will post an announcement on SXU Today.
E-Chug, brochures: More brochures have been ordered.
Web page Updates: Michelle and Sarah met to discuss updates. Michelle is working with the Web development department to have pages go live.
National Alcohol Awareness Month, April 2007: Dates will also be on Web page soon. Suggestion was made to have screening day activities start every 15 or 30 minutes. Sarah will bring idea to other counselors.

Founders’ Day Ball – no incidents! Hotel staff was checking IDs at the door and handing out bracelets to signify those that were of age. Soda and bottled water were available to students at no charge.
Sarah will be stepping down as AODP Program Coordinator. Brian will be serving as Coordinator for the Spring, 2007 semester. The committee will then decide who will fulfill the roll after Brian. Thanks to Sarah for all of your hard work, and to Brian for stepping up!
