Running through a fast and flat course through Evergreen Park, the course begins and ends at Saint Xavier University’s campus. The course is certified by the USATF (#IL-05052-JW). Split times at the mile markers.
No dogs, rollerblades, bicycles or skateboards allowed! Strollers permitted at the back of the pack!
Parking will be available in Lot 1 located on the south and west sides of the Shannon Center. Alternate parking will be available in Lot 14 located on 103rd and Pulaski (south of CVS).

Cougar 5K Run/Walk results at www.cararuns.org. Join the Chicago Area Runners Association (CARA) to support running! The CARA logo on a race application is a symbol of excellence. A portion of CARA membership dollars supports advocacy for road race standards. Due to those efforts, runners in the Chicago area enjoy some of the highest quality road races in the country. This race has collaborated with CARA and, on behalf of its runners, has agreed to comply with and uphold CARA standards for this race.
