Service Club

Service Club is a student organization providing fun opportunities for students to volunteer to help people in need through community service and fundraising on campus and in the greater Chicago area. 

 

 

 

Service Club

Activities include:

  • Holiday parties for children at shelters and schools
  • Tutoring with after-school programs
  • Serving food on the Bread Truck 
  • Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive
  • Adopt-a-Child for Christmas Toy and Clothing Drive
  • Visiting with residents at nursing and group homes
  • Fundraising for local charities and social service agencies

Meetings:

When: Every first and third Tuesday of the month at 3:30 p.m.
Where: Warde Academic Center Building Room L-206
Who: Open to all SXU students
