**Family consists of two adults and one child age 17 or under from the same immediate
family. The cost to register each additional child is $20. Family rate is not available
on race day.
All race participants will receive a white long sleeved cotton t-shirt.

The Cougar 5K would like to welcome all families to campus for SXU Homecoming weekend! Take advantage of the new Family Rate being offered this year! Please complete the family registration form and turn it into the Shannon Center or go online and choose Family when registering on signmeup.com.
Race Premiums
Participants can choose to purchase a red long sleeved dry-tech shirt for $5 extra
until September 10. Be sure to select the dry-tech option when registering.
Please note: Dry-tech shirts will be available to try on at the Shannon Center after August 1. Stop by and ask to see a manager before registering.
New This Year - Cougar 5K Merchandise
Be one of the first to purchase a performance quarter-zip jacket from the Cougar 5K. The long-sleeve pullovers are black, 90 percent polyester/10 percent spandex, and come in men's and women's sizes. The men's jacket is a quarter-zip pullover with no pockets. The women's jacket is a quarter-zip pullover with front pockets and thumb holes on the cuffs. Stop by the Shannon Center to check them out and try one on! You can purchase a jacket for only $25 each. Limited quantities will be available at packet pick-up, so be sure to pre-order today!

Stop by Running for Kicks between August 1 and September 21 and receive $10 off your Cougar 5K race application when you purchase of running/walking shoes. You must register at Running for Kicks to receive the discount.
