The state of the art fitness center features Iron Grip (plate-loaded) equipment and Iron Grip free weight equipment, along with 27 pieces of cardiovascular equipment featuring: 

  • 6 Elliptical Trainers
  • 6 Treadmills
  • 6 Recumbent Bikes
  • 3 Upright Bikes
  • 4 Stairmasters
  • 2 Stairmaster Stepmills

  • Monday night and Friday night yoga takes place in the Shannon Center Hall of Fame room. Cost is $5 per class for current Shannon Center members, SXU students, faculty and staff.
