The state of the art fitness center features Iron Grip (plate-loaded) equipment and Iron Grip free weight equipment, along with 27 pieces of cardiovascular equipment featuring:
- 6 Elliptical Trainers
- 6 Treadmills
- 6 Recumbent Bikes
- 3 Upright Bikes
- 4 Stairmasters
- 2 Stairmaster Stepmills

- Monday night and Friday night yoga takes place in the Shannon Center Hall of Fame room. Cost is $5 per class for current Shannon Center members, SXU students, faculty and staff.
