The National Teaching & Learning Forum (NTLF) aims "to create a sustained and sustaining conversation about teaching and learning." This online newsletter offers an opportunity for an expanded, interactive access to the best information and discussion of teaching possible. The Forum's pages cover a variety of topics, from the latest findings of cognitive psychology on attention span and their practical implications for teaching to the relevance of Dante, Shakespeare, and Milton to the lives of today's students. They are open to a variety of faculty viewpoints, each of which offers the gift of insights to colleagues both in this country and abroad. New issues will be posted every two months, and are accessible to full-time or portion of full-time faculty with an SXU domain user name and password.
