Your financial support of Saint Xavier University, at any level, is important to the University. In an effort to recognize the valuable support SXU receives from alumni, friends, parents, faculty, staff, and students, the following giving levels have been established. Each year, Saint Xavier’s annual report lists donors by level:
Bishop Quarter Society: Bishop William Quarter, Chicago’s first prelate, presented Mother Frances Xavier Warde with the urgent need of Catholic education for girls and young women, thus the creation of Saint Frances Xavier Female Academy which later became Saint Xavier University. Support for the University at the $500-$999 level is vital to the students of SXU.
Scarlet and Gray Society: Saint Xavier University’s collegiate colors, scarlet and gray, are used throughout the campus, in print, and particularly on athletic uniforms and Cougar gear. Donors in the $250-$499 range are extremely valuable to the life of the University.
Saint Xavier Associates: Our special donors who make gifts of $100-$249 are a positive reflection of what it means to be associated with the Saint Xavier community.
Alumni Leadership Circle: Exclusively for alumni, this society recognizes gifts of $100 or more to the University from alumni.
