The Employee Health Benefits Certificate (EHBC) is designed for professionals in or preparing to enter the health benefits field.
Courses consider how the US health care system works, how financial, legal and governmental mandates affect both health care and employee benefits, and how managed care impacts benefits.
The courses can be taken as a stand-alone certificate. They can also be applied to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a concentration in Health Administration, the M.S. in Health Administration program, or the Master of Public Health program.
Individuals who successfully complete the Certificate in Managed Care program and apply for a Graham School of Management graduate degree will have a streamlined application process. No admission test will be required.
