The certificate in Service Management is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and insight to lead organizations in providing effective and efficient service in a broad variety of organizations.
The courses can be taken as a stand-alone certificate. They can also be applied to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program or the Master of Science (M.S.) program.
Individuals who successfully complete the Certificate program and apply for a Graham School of Management graduate degree will have a streamlined application process. No admission test will be required.
