The certificate in Training and Workplace Learning Management is designed to build the strategies and skills needed to successfully train and manage the firm's most valuable asset, employees.
The courses can be taken as a stand-alone certificate. They can also be applied to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program or the M.S. program.
Individuals who successfully complete the Certificate program and apply for a Graham School of Management graduate degree will have a streamlined application process. No admission test will be required.
