Health Center

The Health Center at Saint Xavier University offers professional primary health services to the students, faculty, staff and community. Services include health promotion and disease prevention, health education and referrals to outside providers when appropriate.

Office Hours

Subject to change in summer months or around holidays.

Students living on campus who are in need of minor illness or injury care during days we are closed can contact a member of Residence Life to get in touch with a Nurse Practitioner. Emergencies should be reported to Public Safety. Students living off campus or community members should contact their primary health care providers or call the Health Center during the hours open for service.

• Minor illness and injury treatment
• Chronic illness management (Nebulizer available for asthmatic patients)
• Immunization (children and adult)
• Physical examinations
• Sports physicals
• Well-women exams
• Laboratory services
• Free lead screening (See dates below)
• Blood pressure monitoring

Fees required for some services

2008 Lead Screening Dates

No appointment needed for lead screening on these dates. Screening is available from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each of these days.
