Forgotten Passwords

Each of the following University services requires a user name and password for access.  Find instructions for resetting a forgotten password for a specific service below and be sure to choose a strong password when you reset your password.

Colleague

Faculty and staff should contact Information Services at extension 3156 or the Help Desk at extension 3291 after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends. Student workers should speak to their department supervisor.

CLAWS

You may request a new CLAWS password online. Go to the CLAWS Web site and click the "What's My Password" link at the bottom of the page.

Blackboard

Use your Web browser to go to the Blackboard Web site and click the "Login" button. On the login screen that follows, click the link that says: "Forgot your password?"

IMail
