What does the Help Desk do?

The Help Desk is dedicated to providing computer-related technical support to all students, faculty and staff of the University. Support includes hardware, operating system, software installation, application software and repair. These supports are provided through the help desk for authorized PC configurations that were purchased through the University.

Where is the Help Desk located?

The Help Desk office is located in room S-119 in the Warde Academic Center.

They are not allowed to touch your PC and make hardware changes. Help Desk personnel can only watch you while you work on your PC and make suggestions. Also, you must call to set up an appointment before Help Desk can assist you.
