Training and Workshops

Faculty and Staff Training

Information Services will be surveying the training needs of Faculty and Staff. If anyone would like individual or group training, please contact Rola Othman at ext. 3939 or via e-mail at othman@sxu.edu. Classes are available for e-mail, Colleague, CLAWS, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Colleague 099 Available

The Office of Information Services has developed an introductory training session for Colleague users. Instruction may be offered on an individual or group basis. The content is designed as an introduction to basic concepts and functions of the Colleague database and is geared toward the first-time or occasional user. Additional content may be included to fit users specific needs. Supervisors are welcome to contact Maggie Eaheart, eaheart@sxu.edu, to request a training session.

Other Learning Opportunities on Campus

Academic courses in which students can learn about computers and information technology are offered by the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science and The Graham School of Management. Contact either department or the Saint Xavier University Office of Admission for additional information.
