In conjunction with the science department, the Learning Center and Disability Services (LCDS) offers a comprehensive tutoring program for many of the required science courses.
Since tutors are recruited and selected by the science department faculty members teaching each specific course, student can feel confident that they are receiving the best tutoring available.
Science tutors participate in a rigorous training program sponsored by the LCDS, which includes at least eight hours of training per semester.
