The Annual Review of Political Science provides authoritative, analytic reviews of the professional literature. The Library subscribes to the editions dated 1996 to the present.

Catholic Encyclopedia (2003 edition) provides information on Catholic interests, action and doctrine. The Jubilee volume focuses on the pontificate of John Paul II.

Chicago Tribune contains full text articles dating from 1985. The Chicago Tribune historical files provide articles dating from 1849 to 1985.

CQ Electronic Library provides research resources in American government, politics, history, public policy and current affairs.

Ethnic Newswatch is a full text database of 240 newspapers, magazines and journals of the ethnic, minority and native press.

GPO provides citations to all types of U.S. government documents, including Congressional reports, hearings, debates, and records; judiciary materials; and documents issued by executive departments.

Index Islamicus provides citations, no full text, to publications in European languages from 1906 to the present on all aspects of Islam and the Muslim world. 

International Medieval Bibliography provides citations to journal articles about European history from 400-1500.

JSTOR contains full text articles of many journals in the arts and sciences, starting with the very first issues. The Library subscribes to the Arts & Sciences I-IV collections.

Military & Government Collection provides citations and full text articles in military related periodicals and general interest magazines.

The New York Times historical files are available from 1851-2002. For articles in the New York Times after 2002, use Lexis-Nexis.

Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center provides articles, topic overviews, primary source documents, statistics, images and podcasts on a wide variety of contemporary social issues. It also provides national and state curriculum standards.
