Off-Campus Access

Almost all of the Library's electronic resources are accessible from off-campus.

Use the catalog to find items located at the Library and at many other Illinois university libraries. To access the other libraries, enter the catalog and click on CARLI Libraries.

The Library also provides a complete alphabetical list of all journal titles available through it in print or full-text online.

On February 1, 2008, to improve security, the Library changed its procedure for remote authentication to its databases. Patrons no longer use the 14-digit number found on the bottom of their Cougar Cards. Instead, they enter the same user and domain names used to log onto computers on campus.
