Equipment Reservations

Media Services has a wide variety of multimedia equipment available such as: DVD players, digital cameras, laptop computers, video projectors and VHS players. Media Services staff can also provide instruction on the use of any equipment.

Reserve your equipment over the phone.  We will deliver and pick the equipment up if it is used during scheduled class/meeting time.  Student requests to use equipment outside of scheduled class/meeting time require the approval of your Instructor (or Advisor), as well as the Director of Media Services.  In these instances, students must pick-up and drop-off the equipment, complete a loan agreement form, and leave their student I.D.

Requests for equipment must be made three days in advance. We accommodate last minute requests as best as possible, however, some equipment's availability is limited. The more time in advance given, the better we will be able to serve your request. We are unable to fill requests via e-mail.

We will need the following information when you phone:

• Your name
• Department
• Date equipment is requested
• Start and end time
• Room number
• Equipment needed
