Honors Recital
Spring, 2005
In the Spring term of each academic year, the chair of the Music Department, Dr. Greg Coutts, requests that teachers in each of the applied areas (voice, piano, guitar, and all orchestral instruments) submit the names of outstanding performers in their studios. These recommended students then compete for a performing space on the annual Honors Recital. The Music Department faculty members listen to the performers and only the top performers are selected to appear in this recital. Mr. Daniel Surma, staff accompanist, serves as the accompanist for students in the recital. Congratulations to the winners of the Spring 2005 Honors Recital as pictured below!
