Orland Park Campus Bookstore

The Bookstore is located in the Orland Park Campus Library. Textbooks and course materials for Orland Park Campus courses and school supplies are available for purchase, as outlined below.

Monday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Textbook Policies

Purchasing and Delivery

Students at the Orland Park campus now need to purchase or reserve textbooks through the Chicago Campus Bookstore either online, in person or by telephone reservation. 

Acquire your textbooks and merchandise through one of the following means:

  • Purchase online
    • For pick up at Orland Park campus
    • For pick up at Chicago Campus Bookstore
    • And have them shipped to your home (shipping fees apply)
  • Purchase in person at the Chicago Campus Bookstore
  • Reserve in person or by telephone and purchase at Orland Park campus

Please allow 48 hours for processing and transportation to our Orland Park campus.

Returns

Textbook returns will be accepted for a full refund, with a cash register receipt, within five business days from the original date of purchase (5 days from the date of pick-up in the case of online pick-up orders, 7 days from the ship date on shipped orders) or up to the drop date for the course – whichever comes first.

If the student has dropped the course to which textbooks were assigned s/he may return Bookstore textbooks with a drop slip and cash register receipt up until the drop date for the course. If the course is dropped online, the CLAWS drop confirmation page must be printed and presented to the bookstore as a drop slip. The consumer is responsible for knowing the drop dates for their courses.

There will be absolutely no returns or exchanges on textbooks after the drop date for the course has passed.

Returned or exchanged merchandise and textbooks must be in their original condition, accompanied by a receipt and made within the allotted timeframe. There are no returns on trade or reference books. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
