Directions
A purpose of this worksheet is to stimulate your thinking by using common categories to organize ideas. Keep in mind that we are working under the University's strategic directions. Tie them in whenever possible. As a worksheet, extensive narrative is not required. The worksheet offers an overview of your unit’s plans and budget needs. When groups come together, use of this worksheet will allow everyone to build on common categories to create the next steps in the strategic planning process.
