Saint Xavier University Congratulates Members of Marketing and P.R. Staff

CHICAGO (May 7, 2001) -- Saint Xavier University in Chicago, Illinois congratulates members of the Office of Marketing and Public Relations who were recently promoted. Susan McCloskey is the new Manager of Publications and Stephanie Fordice is the new Assistant Manager of Publications.

Susan McCloskey, of Blue Island, IL, has been named the new Manager of Publications. In this capacity, she will oversee the production of publications for the University including ads, brochures, newsletters, flyers, and invitations. She will also serve as editor of the University magazine and supervise the Assistant Manager and interns. Ms. McCloskey was previously the University’s Assistant Manager of Publications and also a senior graphic artist for Midwest Suburban Publishing in Tinley Park.

As Assistant Manager of Publications, Ms. Fordice will edit and layout the internal newsletter, assist in the design and implementation of university publications, photograph events, provide editorial support for the University magazine, and assist in the supervision of interns. Previously, she was a freelancer and intern in Saint Xavier’s Office of Marketing and Public Relations, as well as an intern for the Oak Lawn Park District and Midwest Suburban Publishing. A resident of Oak Lawn, IL, Ms. Fordice received her Associate’s degree from Moraine Valley Community College and Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Saint Xavier University.
