CHICAGO (May 30, 2001) – Saint Xavier’s friends and alumni are invited to attend the University’s annual summer concert and fireworks on Sunday, June 24 at 7 p.m. on the front lawn of the Main Campus, 3700 W. 103rd St., Chicago.
Bradley Young’s Orchestra will perform familiar favorites from 40s Swing to contemporary hits at this free concert which has become a much-anticipated summer tradition. A fireworks display will follow at dusk.
All are welcome to bring their lawn chairs, blankets, picnic baskets, and coolers. Tasty summer treats will also be available for purchase.
In the event of inclement weather, Sunday, July 8 is the raindate for the concert.
