Low Cost Physicals Offered to High Schoolers at Saint Xavier's Nursing Center

CHICAGO (July 2, 2001) – Summer is in full swing for the kids, but parents are already dreaming of September. The staff at Saint Xavier University’s Nursing Center knows this. Low cost physicals for adolescents will be offered beginning Friday, July 20 from 9 a.m. – noon, at the Nursing Center at Saint Xavier, 3700 W. 103rd St., Chicago.

Students entering high school or in need of sports physicals are encouraged to utilize this service. It includes necessary immunizations including DT and Tb testing.

A Family Nurse Practitioner will conduct the physicals on Fridays from 9 a.m. - noon through the end of September. Appointments are necessary.
