CHICAGO (October 3, 2000) – Saint Xavier University and the Chicago Department of Health will be offering immunizations from 9 a.m. – noon on Tuesday, November 14 at the Nursing Center at Saint Xavier, 3700 W. 103rd St., Chicago.
Immunizations available include DTP, DT, Hib, MMR, Polio, and Hepatitis B. Hepatitis B immunizations will be available for children who have not reached their 19th birthday. Free early childhood developmental screening will also be available for children ages 6 months – 3 years.
No appointments will be taken and patients will be seen in order of arrival. Limited parking is available. All parents must present immunization records for their children. If you cannot find these records, please contact your physician for a copy. No child will be seen without these records.
A donation of $10 per family is requested. This donation allows Saint Xavier to continue offering programs like this through the Nursing Center. The primary concern, however, is that of the health of your family and no one will be denied service.
