Saint Xavier Student to Sing with the CSO

CHICAGO (October 24, 2001) - Saint Xavier music student Michelle Gliottoni will perform with the City Symphony Orchestra of Chicago. The soprano will perform two arias as part of her appearance.

Gliottoni is a resident of Chicago Heights and a vocal performance major at the University. Her appearance with the City Symphony Orchestra is an honor awarded for taking third place in the Italian Heritage Vocal Competition.

The performance will take place November 7, 2001 at noon in Daley Plaza in downtown Chicago.
