Resident Forms

The following forms are for use by resident students.  All forms are in Adobe PDF format and Adobe Reader 5.0 or above is required to view them.

  • Room and Board Rates
    This form contains the current  academic year room and board rates.  These rates are always subject to change.  Please call the Office of Residence Life at x3977 for additional information
     
  • Lounge Reservation Form
    Please print this form to request use of the Pacelli or Regina Hall Lounge.  This form needs to be completed and returned to the Office of Residence Life in 110 Rubloff Hall at least one week prior to your event.
     
  • Resicom Information
    Select this link if you have questions about the Residence Life telephone plan.
