Authorization & Access

Access to many of these technologies is limited to authorized individuals with the appropriate user name and password combinations. The procedures required to arrange access to various servers is described through the various links at the left. The Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of these various technologies.

In short, the Acceptable Use Policy expects all members of the university community to: respect the right of others to use these tools to do their work, respect the work of others, respect the sensitivities of others, and respect the integrity of the systems.

To personally protect your work on these systems, we strongly encourage all users to create passwords that are difficult for a program to automatically generate and to change those passwords regularly. Should you forget your password, we can help you regain access to the systems.
