CPR Training:

American Heart Association, CPR Certification courses are offered through the Community Training Center.

Nurse Update Course:

This course is for Registered Professional Nurses preparing to re-enter nursing practice. Theory components of this course focus on discussing common adult medical and surgical issues seen by the nurse in general practice.

According to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, this course must contain a minimum of 48 hours of theory and 96 hours of clinical. The nurse must complete all hours in order to meet State requirements.

Cost: Fee of $1,800 and cost of textbooks
