Personal Counseling
College is a time of excitement, challenge and growth. You will develop not just academically, but personally as well.
At Counseling Services, we offer free, confidential counseling to help you with problems you might encounter. Licensed professional counselors are available to help you with such concerns as relationship conflicts, family problems, loss/grief, stress management, anxiety or depression as well as a range of other personal, social, emotional or psychological concerns. The scope of our work is to be collaborative, short-term and solution-focused.

If you are interested in any of the above services, then please make an appointment by walking into the modular unit behind Pacelli Hall to fill out a Request for Services. You also can fill out the form electronically by clicking on the following link. The request will be forwarded to the Director of Counseling who will assign a counselor to contact you. Both methods take approximately three business days for you to be contacted.

Counseling Services is open from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
In case of emergency, we can be reached in the following manner:
- During office hours: Call 773-298-3131 or come by the office in Counseling Services in the modular unit behind Pacelli Hall.
- Outside office hours: If the emergency is on-campus, call Public Safety at 773-298-3541 and they will contact the on-call counselor. If the emergency is off-campus, call 911.
