Getting Your Student Involved
Once your son or daughter enrolls at Saint Xavier they will face many choices about how to get involved in campus life. Here at Saint Xavier University there are countless opportunities for learning, getting involved, and excitement. Sometimes all the options can seem a little overwhelming.
The Student Activity Office can offer information about the numerous choices a new student has. Whether it’s joining a student organization, attending a cultural event, running for a position in the student government, developing your leadership skills, or getting on an intramural team, or taking an on-campus job, we are here to help get them involved from the start. We want them to know that in coming to Saint Xavier they’ve come to the right place!
Students who get involved in campus life outside the classroom tend to earn better grades and to graduate at higher rates. Getting involved will make a student a better student and will make their college experience that much more successful. Encourage your student to look into some form of campus life. That’s where we come in - Our main goal is to serve as a resource for every student. If we aren't the ones who can be of direct assistance, we'll connect your son or daughter those who can.
