Transfer Student Checklist 
| After you receive your letter of admission to Saint Xavier University, please do the following: |

Apply for financial aid. All students are strongly encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or call our Financial Aid Office at 773-298-3070. |
|
Schedule your campus visit by calling the Office of Admission at 773-298-3050. Tours daily at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. |
|
Send a $100 non-refundable tuition deposit to the Office of Admission by May 1. |
|
Complete your residence hall contract (if applicable) and return it to the Office of Residence Life along with a $100 non-refundable deposit. Please call 773-298-3123 if you would like to receive a contract. |
|
Request an updated transcript, if necessary. |

Schedule Transfer Student Orientation and Registration by calling 773-298-3011. |
