How to Work in the Learning Center/Writing Studio

Each semester, the Learning Center/Writing Studio hires friendly, enthusiastic peer tutors and writing consultants who are eager to assist SXU students of varying educational, cultural, and social backgrounds in reaching their full academic potential. To be considered for employment in the Learning Center/Writing Studio, students must commit to making themselves available for a minimum of three hours per week and 10 hours of ongoing training each semester.
