Intro to Speech-Language Pathology Course

High school students can receive an introduction into the ever-growing profession of speech-language pathology in a course at Saint Xavier University. This course provides an introduction to human communication and its disorders and how they can be treated by speech-language pathologists. Students will visit Saint Xavier's Ludden Speech and Language Clinic, which is available to the public as a service, and a simulation lab, as well as explore tools that are used for treatments.
Classes will be held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from June 15-24, 2020.

This one credit hour course, CSDI 101: Introduction to the Speech-Language Pathology Profession, is reserved for high school students who are at least junior-level students.
The cost of attending the camp is $100 per student.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the camp start date will receive a refund less a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the camp start date. In the event the camp is canceled by SXU, a full refund will be provided.
