This is an exciting time as you start your college search and we are pleased that you're exploring your options as a graduate student at Saint Xavier University. How to Apply at SXU

There are different requirements to apply at SXU, depending on which of our Graduate Programs you wish to pursue. If you currently have, or will have, completed your bachelor's degree by the time you start, you're already eligible to apply. For your convenience, our Graduate Tuition and Fees page is updated with a full list of programs. When you're ready to apply, the following information will help you find everything you need to complete the process, no matter your field of study.

Graduate Admission

The standard Graduate Application applies to the programs, endorsements and certificates within the categories listed below. All you have to do is log in, or create an account if you're new, to start the process. For information about specific concentrations and certifications, please select the individual category you're interested in for details.

Graduate Speech Language Pathology Admission

The CSDCAS Application should be used if you're enrolling in Speech-Language Pathology. This application will open a new page to the Council of Academic Programs in Communication Science and Disorders (CAPCSD) website to streamline processing. All you have to do to begin is log in or create a new account.

On the Speech-Language Pathology page, you'll also be able to find application requirements under the application components section. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact your graduate admission counselor.

Experience SXU

At this time, our on-campus tours and appointments have been postponed for prospective students and their families until further notice. However, we're remotely available to connect with you by phone and email. In addition, we also have Virtual Visits to help guide you through our wonderful campus and to learn more about the SXU experience.

SXU is continuing to closely monitor reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) to keep everyone on campus safe and informed. Discover Scholarships and Aid

SXU currently offers an Alumni Loyalty Scholarship to former students who have received an undergraduate or graduate degree, certificate or endorsement from the University. To be eligible for this 10-percent discount in graduate tuition, you must also be newly admitted into a business, computer science, education, nursing or speech program to qualify. Please note that this loyalty discount cannot be used in combination with any other tuition discounts or waivers.

For a full list of scholarships and aid, search our Scholarship Directory under Student Type > Graduate. In addition, you may also be eligible for additional financial aid based on the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
