Interested in learning what it's like to be a student at SXU? Join us for one of our Program Visit Days! You can shadow a class, tour the campus and learn more about your major directly from faculty and current students.

Exercise Science Visit Day -TBD

Our Exercise Science program at Saint Xavier University is designed to prepare students for the theory and practice of physical activity in a a range of specialty areas. Housed in our well-respected and nationally recognized School of Nursing and Health Sciences, the Exercise Science program will enable students to gain knowledge about exercise, nutrition and various health and wellness topics as well as practical experience to prepare them for future professions.

College of Arts and Sciences Visit Day - Saturday, January 25, 2020

Did you know that SXU's College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) offers opportunities for students to major or minor in more than ninety programs? Students that choose to study within CAS will have the chance to participate in first year seminars, music ensembles, interdisciplinary minors, internships and research opportunities. Join us at College of Arts and Sciences Visit Day to learn more about the things that make our college unique!

Nursing Admitted Student Visit Days - Monday, February 17, 2020 and Monday, February 24, 2020

Saint Xavier University's School of Nursing and Health Sciences invites prospective freshmen students admitted to the nursing program to attend one of the Nursing Admitted Student Visit Days. Learn why the National League for Nursing continues to designate Saint Xavier's School of Nursing and Health Sciences as a Center of Excellence in Nursing Education. As Illinois's first school of nursing, Saint Xavier's program provides students with the curriculum and clinical experiences to become professionals who are able to respond to the changing healthcare environment.

Dates: Monday, February 17, 2020 and Monday, February 24, 2020
Location: Butler Reception Room, Warde Academic Center
Time: Visit the Nursing Admitted Student Visit Days page for available session times.

  • Campus tours, including a walk through of our on-campus simulation laboratories.
  • Meet nursing faculty and students.
  • Learn firsthand about the nursing curriculum, clinical placements and student experience.

Graham School of Management Visit Day - Saturday, February 1, 2020

Third Annual Research Expo - TBD

To celebrate the scholarly contributions of our faculty, staff and students, Saint Xavier University will host a research conference expo and reception honoring their work. The scholarly work on display at the expo will include such topics as human behavioral sciences, natural sciences, theoretical sciences, creative works, humanities and clinical research. The event is open to the public and all members of the SXU community and its neighbors are invited to attend!
